What is "The Law of Attraction (LOA)" and how does it work?

What is the Law of Attraction?
Everything is Energy. Law of Attraction is simply energy. This type of energy is like a magnet that pulls things to you from consciousness. You create the alignment with the frequencies and vibrations that you are on with other energies on that frequency or vibration. It is quantum medicine and energy healing from consciousness.

THOUGHT-BELIEF-FEELINGS-VISION-WORD
First level of activation is from thought and belief.

Consciously or unconsciously you are pulling things toward you like a magnet. The next level to increase the power is feelings. This creates a stronger magnetic attraction to you. Now the vision. Hold the vision in your mind and speak it. The vision creates a force to pull from the "waves" of possibilities and the "Word", is a breath that creates a powerful force that feeds and fuels your focused thought from the the energy field of infinite possibilities. Once you collapse on the one (what you specifically want) you start the manifestation process.

How does The Law of Attraction work?

Law of Attraction is like wanting to go to Hawaii in 90 Day. It starts with a thought, checking flights, choosing one and buying a ticket on-line for your trip to Hawaii in 90 days. The thought, search, research and purchase of the ticket on-line is energy. You print out your itinerary and on-line ticket, but the reality of Hawaii won't manifest for 90 days. What makes this work? You believe. You know you are going to Hawaii, because you booked your reservation, paid for your ticket and have a piece of paper in your hand. Hawaii however is all energy until the physical reality manifest! You Believe it! Therefore it is real.

Law of Attraction works like planting a seed in soil and checking on it (the thought that you collapsed on). You water, feed and cultivate (belief, vision and focus) the dirt expecting your little plant to sprout out into a fruit tree. This starts the manifestation process. There is no exact day for the sprout to pop out of the soil, yet you continue to water, fertilize and pull out an weeds. Just as you expected one day the sprout tunes into a little tree and bears a fruit. Overjoyed you eat the fruit. The next season it bears two fruit. You eat one and share one. The next four, then eight then your tree all grown up bears such abundance of fruit you have to give baskets of fruit away.

Law of Attraction is Yin and Yang (pronounced In and Yong). Giving and Receiving. What goes around come around. What leaves the source always returns to source. Besides being a magnet, the Law of Attraction works in a 1 to 10 relationship from positive energy. Give one of anything positive away and Law of Attraction will yield a return 10 fold! You will begin to experience the abundance the more you practice and create the habit of abundance. Start with Thought, Belief and add some feeling. Try it with a smile and look for smiles. Then look for parking spaces appearing for you or drive around and come back and the space will be waiting for you. Someone always pulls out of your parking space. Now you are ready to call forth physical stuff! Start with giving away a cup of coffee, chocolate or roses. You will be amazed at how giving expands your ability to receive in abundance.

The foundation of my book started with a report that I wrote for a class in my last semester ofmedical school. My Professor, Ken Rose at Yo San University gave me an “A” and told me I should write a book. I have been adding to the report for years. After meeting Mark Victor Hansen at his Mega Book event in 2005, I was introduced to Maria Ngo and Ray DuGray by Gregg Reid, The Millionaire Mentor. Maria and Ray helped me transform my book on Chinese Medicine into the first version of this book originally titled: Alternative Medicine A to Z: Mind, Body, Spirit, Soul and Emotions in 2006. I updated and revised it in 2010 to submit in a "Cash Call" book contest with my mentor Robert G. Allen. I also submitted a short version to Mark Victor Hansen for the Wealthy Writers iPhone app project in January of 2011.

Many philosophies believe there are no coincidences and that you are reading this for a reason. You are reading it now. This is The Law of Attraction in action. Therefore, this book was written for you. The current title of my book The Art of the Heart - Awaken Your Heart, Inspire Your Soul and Heal Your Body. It contains guidance on how you can become an observer and witness of your life, beliefs, thoughts, emotions, feelings, desires, attitude, behaviour and actions to affect change. It will guide you to become self-aware for self-care to improve your life and health. You can reclaim your balance, harmony and power as well as your health. All aspects of your life will shift once you become aware of the "Who you are" and “Knowing How to” create from your Source. You can use your own consciousness, your innate intuition and intelligence for self-aware self-care. You can awaken the Heart to inspire the Soul to transform your Life and heal your body. That is the focus and subject of Book 1 in the Health, Wealth and Prosperity Book Series. We all have heard the term, “Put your heart and soul into it.” Many do not know what that really mean or how to do it at will. Some do not know the difference between Spirit and Soul. Spirit is Light or Heaven and Soul is conduct to fulfill purpose on earth.

According to Chinese philosophy the soul must be in an intimate relationship with the Source, the Light to know the unknown. This is called the “Knowing How” or Intuition. In essence it is how to tap into the universal consciousness or using the language of Quantum Physics tap into your Primary consciousness.

Energy healing is used in Alternative Medicines from Ayurveda to the new medicine from Quantum Physics. Energy is the foundation of Life and health. Note that you can note see thoughts, feelings, attitude or words, but you experience the reflection of them and translate them based on your perspective, perception and point of view. What you believe and think impacts your thoughts, feelings, attitude and behavior. Before one can create change one must evaluate their beliefs, thoughts, feelings and attitude about the subject of change. It is energy that you perceive. We have entered the new and exciting era of, The Age of Enlightenment. It is the era of “Knowing How” from the Heart. The new science Quantum Physics and new technologies using Quantum Medicine and energy healing are already here. Be still. Look around you. Be an observer. Feel the energy shift. Here is my gift to you. Remember Who You Are. You are Life, Love a creator and inventor sourced by pure potentiality. You simple must BELIEVE!

Quiet your mind. Still your body. In silence go into Reflection. Become one with your Light.

Meditation to return to your Source: Memorize a line per day.

I Believe. I am one with the universe. I am Love. I am Life. Life is Change. My greatest treasure is Life. My greatest asset is Health. I am Rooted in Spirit and sourced by the Light. I am pure spirit. God lives within me in my Heart– Be-ing me.

The two magic words are I am. I am what I believe, think, feel and say I am. As I evaluate my beliefs, I change my mind, my thoughts, my attitude, feelings, desires, behavior and my language.

I turn away from the world about me to the world of consciousness that lies within. I shut out all thoughts and memories of the past - create no images of the future. I concentrate on my Be-ingness, on my awareness. I slide deep into the very recesses of my soul to a place of utter repose. Here I perceive fact in the making, am conscious of the one being from which all beings spring. I know that this is immortal Self, this is God within me – this is me. I am, I always was, I always will be. I am one with the universe. All men, all things, all space, time and life are here in the depths of my soul. Smaller than small, greater than great meet and unite within me. That which I thought I was: my ego, personality, and identity - I never was at all. For it was a changing thing, mirroring the seasons and the tides, a thing to be born, and grow and die. I am not a thing of time or circumstance. I am spirit, pure and eternal; birth-less, deathless, changeless.

I am patient, for I am all time. I am wise, for I contain the knowledge of all things. I love and am beloved, for all things is myself and I am all things. I am rich, for I create unlimited abundance from my very Self. I am successful, for I only need think to achieve. I unite, I fuse, and I become one with the Universal Divine Spirit. The mask of vanity and ego, I shall never wear again. I perceive the Supreme Being, the Magnificent Dweller at the center of my consciousness, and I know it/him/her to be my very self. Time and space, shadow and substance, what matter these – for I am the Supreme, be-ing. I am the relative of the Absolute. God lives within me – in my Heart – Be-ing me.

To the memory of David Curtis "Uncle Dad" to all the children in a generation who need a dad. He loved and was loving, kind and generous with all that he had. He loved his family, he loved his wife, loved nature, biking and fishing with his brothers. He is beloved. We will miss his presence in our lives and family.

Yesterday was David's birthday 12/29/52 a blessed day! We celebrated his birthday with his loving family living here in the Los Angeles area and his wife of 36 years, my sister Amenah. Here is Amenah's dedication read after the birthday dinner and before the birthday cake:

Happy Birthday Dad, Uncle Dad, Big Dave, Gram pa... For 60 years today, the light of AlNoor that twinkled from your eyes in the form of loving, caring acts of kindness and joy continues to shine through numerous people and spread to countless places.

As I look out the window, the sun is shining and it looks like a beautiful day. Not unlike the day we packed up the kids and drove to the beach to watch the waves. We picked a spot on a hill so we could see the waves coming in. After a while, the waves started getting bigger and bigger. The water was getting rough and there was a little boat in the water that was really getting pushed around. Then in a blink of the eye, the boat tipped over. You started the car, pulled up to the curb, jumped out and started running towards the water. We ran behind you but before we knew it you jumped into the water and started swimming out toward the boat. By the time the Coast Guard arrived, you had already started rescuing the people in the boat. When it was over, all five passengers survived and it was just another day in the life of a Jr. Lifeguard.

That was a memorable event. 2011 was filled with memorable events in the lives of people that you have touched. Your grand baby Ruh came to California for a visit, as did Yodi and Nuria, and Birdie, Karma. Mae-Mae and Belize. In February, we celebrated Mom's 80Th Birthday with a big event that Bede put together with approximately 90 guests attending. Shaheed, Love and Jabril make frequent visits. Shaheed made it through his 2nd year of private practice, Love started her prerequisite for a BA in Nursing and Jabril was recognized as an advanced student in preschool. For that, he gets extra homework.

Belize spread your light of love in the beautiful City of Farjardo, Porto Rico where she witnessed a dazzling display of the beauty of God's Creation. Macara turned 30 and Akilah turned 13. A major birthday milestone, you might say, but both are aware of how blessed they truly are. Yodi and Nuria are equally thankful for their beautiful condo off the lake in Orlando,Fl as well as the infinite possibilities coming their way. Speaking of infinite possibilities, Dawud is sending out his resume highlighting the BA he earned in 2010 for IT. Maresa and her family also express their gratitude for the many blessing that they have enjoyed. In addition, BJ played Jr Varsity football at Crenshaw High. Ayesha's daughter Starla runs a business training dogs and Regen B started a new on line business where several of the other kids in the family participate.

We have some new arrivals in the family: TaeTae had a baby boy named Bryce; Lid Eli had a baby boy named El Allen Curtis, IV; Mikey has a set of twins named Joshua and Jacob; Khadija had a baby girl names Zen and MaeMae had a baby girl named Sagen.

Saquina finished the first revision of her book The Art of the Heart - Using Ancient Wisdom, Quantum Medicine and Energy Healing on 12/14/11. Fatima and Yusef started school in Rancho Palos Verdes. They attended public school for the first time this year. Fatima really enjoys her classes and Yusef is playing basketball. Jasmine moved to Arizona to live with her father, Dave. She started a new school and joined the cheer squad. Christina's kids, Hannah and Shakespeare joined a family tradition when they signed up for tennis lesson with Kirk. Bede received The Black Engineer of The Year Award from her job at Raytheon. Christina put on an event at Jordan High for her students who received the VESTT Award. She invited Ardis as one of her Guest Speakers. That was a real treat! And Raudric,as Defensive Coordinator in his 5Th year of coaching at Bellflower High, took the team to a first place position (3-way tie) for the first time since 1985! Soooooooo will he be back?

OK, so much more really happened, but the point is that we take a part of you with us every where we go, and on this day, your birthday, we take a moment out to remember the joy and love that fills our hearts as a result of you being in our space.

Food for Thought:

“Thought become things” is part of a fundamental belief system from ancient wisdom to the rebels in the science of quantum physics. Einstein taught it along with numerous philosophers, authors as well as in medicine and new age philosophy including, but not limited to: I Ching, Bhagavad Gita, You’ll See It When You Believe It, Self-Aware Universe, Rooted in Spirit, Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, What the Bleep and The Secret, The Power of Now, which helped transform this from thought to my reality.

Consciousness births a thought from possibilities. Belief fuels thought. Intention powers the plan. Language fuels the creation. Faith stays the course. Language brings into fusion. Actions manifest the change. Passion fuels the will power. Love holds the vision bringing thought into a physical reality. Being-Believing-Knowing-Doing-Having is the manifestation process.

According the Chinese Medicine, the Shen/Spirit is the Knowing How. When the Hun/Soul follow the Shen the Hun is in a state of Being one with the Shen. The Shen has all the spirits at it’s disposal, therefore the Hun is in the Knowing and believes, the Yi/Mind knows, the Po/Body will do it and the Zhi/Will power manifest it into physical reality. “Be-ing” it is the secret to the “The Secret”.

The Hows are the domain of the universe. It always knows the quickest, fastest, most harmonious way between you and your dream.

The Law of Attraction is always working. We don’t know how and why the Law of Attraction works. What is important is to know what we want and be aware of how you are being. The "How to" is the domain of the universe, the domain of Shen or Heavenly Spirits within you - in your “Heart”. The secret to the Power of Now is “be-ing” in the “Now” in the present, holding moment to moment. You must be conscious of how you are being.

I had a dream to be a doctor of Chinese Medicine and get my Ph.D. one day. My first mentors Dr. Dao Shing Ni and Dr. Mao Shing Ni. Dr planted the seed of possibilities within me. Dr. Mao encouraged me to register and do the curriculum at the new school of Traditional Chinese Medicine at Yo San University in 1994. The only problem was I was diagnosed with MPD – Multiple Personality Disorder. How could I get into medical school? I told Dr. Dao Shing Ni of my fears. Dr. Dao replied, “Do not accept any labels, and create from the best of yourself. If you have the courage to register and go through the process you will be accepted. It is up to you to overcome the challenges to complete Yo San.”

A galactic Date and Alignment of 11/11/11 (November 11, 2011).

11 is one of the master numbers. It signals the beginning of new cycles, increased spiritual learning and compassion. Blessed are those who seek connection to the ONE and eternal cosmic life energy on this day.

Consciousness is the only reality of being. Everything is Energy. Human stands between Heaven and Earth. Light is the only reality in the human experience. In truth, light is all we see and time is a illusion of a physical reality. In truth, there is no time! Is it material or physical? We count and measure it, use it, save it, spend it and get lost in it, but it is not real. This entire universe of which we speak is energy in constant change.

Love is our greatest ability.
Health is our greatest treasure.
Life is our greatest possession.

I am Love. I am one with the Universe. The Universal Laws are rooted in Love. The Universal Divine Spirit - Love, Light, Virtue and Abundance gives life. It manifests the Power and the Essences that infuses and penetrates all life. Hence, the The Three Treasures - Shen/Heavenly Spirits that live in our hearts, Qi/Breaths of vital life force that manifest the power and Jing/Essence of life that give structure to all beings.

The Quantum field - Heaven - is unites within me. I am a creator. I create health, wealth and prosperity. Consciousness is the Source in Quantum Physics, of Medicine Medicine and Energy Healing. Qi or vital force (consciousness, energy, information, frequency, vibration and power) fuels the movement.

Everything in the universe reflects Love and the Oneness of the Universe. We are all One. You are Me. I am You. Our spirits of life are simply housed in different carbon unit containers each having different life experiences. Everything one needs is already within us. One simply has to quiet the mind, silence the "crew members": ego, personality and identity. In silence and stillness one can listen. The Heart is Knowing and the Knowing-how. The Shen/Heavenly Spirits speak from silence in a whisper. Pray. Ask. Meditate. Listen.

Say a prayer today 11/11/11 for our planet and its inhabitants that we all live in harmony and pass it on.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Chinese Medicine (CM) Oriental Medicine (AOM), Ayurveda Medicine to mention just a few eastern medical systems are all rooted in ancient systems of wisdom, wellness, health and healing. They all are on a continuous path of growth and development stemming from thousands of years of ancient philosophy, principles, practices and processes. Each system has amassed tremendous amounts of information available to individuals for self-care health care and clinical methods for medical practitioners.

What is rooted in spirit? Rooted in Spirit refers to the Heart of Traditional Chinese Medicine being rooted in the Heart. The Heart stores and houses the Light of Heaven, Shen or Heavenly Divine Spirits. The Heavenly Spirits - Shen is the Sovereign Master and Commander of Life and the spiritual basis of the metaphysical system of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The details of this "School of Thought" can is in Chapter Eight of the Lingsshu portion of the Huang Di Nei Jing, The Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine.

Today eastern and western practitioners can be practicing Chinese medicine from different systems of Chinese Medicine or integrative systems causing the Chinese medicine practiced to take on a significantly different form or style, compared to that of another practitioner. There are also different focuses and varying techniques amongst practitioners educated in the same philosophy or "School of Thought". For example, both my son and I were educated at Yo San University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which is a ZangFu School of Thought, the fundamental foundation. Yet we difference in our form, style and approach for treatment in philosophy and acupuncture. My son Shaheed Abdullah focus is on "Sports Medicine"at Healing Arts Health Center in San Diego. Shaheed has additional training in Orthopedic Acupuncture, certifications in other methods and has experience treating clients from the Oakland Raiders, Clippers and Washington Redskins and he knows various methods and techniques of acupuncture.

My additional training and focus in on the "Shen" or Spirits. I have also focus on the "Five Elements" and Quantum Medicine. My approach is deeply rooted in Spirit to effect and affect "Change or Transformation" mind, body, spirit, soul and emotions. I do not use acupuncture. I will venture to say all practitioners of ancient medicine are rooted in spirit and Chinese Medicine practitioners innately address the Heart/Shen/Spirit when treating clients or patients. Yo San University stressed and placed large emphasis on studying Taoism and basing our clinical practice on what are referred to as the "classics".

Classics texts reflect the core of Taoism philosophy and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Chinese Medicine is rooted in the "Heart". The classic Huang Di Nei Jing - The Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine is the groundwork the subsequent development of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The American translation can be found in "Rooted in Spirit. I read it in 1997 and most of it went right over my head. I have just read it again. I got it.

My recommendation is to consider reading or re-reading, Rooted in Spirit - The Heart of Chinese Medicine, American translation Claude Larre, S.J. and Elisabeth Rochat de la Vallee, translator from French - Sarah Stang.

I am rooted in Spirit by Way of the Tao. This is the core of my book series: Health, Wealth and Prosperity. Working on book 1 now: Keep an eye out for it. It is the birthday of my baby sister.
It is the transition day of my dad.
Yesterday, was the beginning or birth-day for my baby dragon, Ken.

Happy Birth-Day Kenneth Adams.

Ken is Fire Element that had not rooted himself in Wood, the mother of his element.

The Five Element Theory includes relationships of Heaven and Earth, Nature and Human, Energy and Relationships with Energy Archetypes: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water

Wood is the Pioneer. Fire is the Wizard. Earth is the Peacemaker. Metal is the Alchemist and Water is the Philosopher. Each element has a relationship with every other element. The energy flowing in a clockwise circle is called the nourishing or generating cycle. In this cycle the Wood is the mother of Fire. Earth is the son of Fire. Wood nourishes or feeds Fire. Fire then nourishes or generates Earth. Each element also relates to the five spirits or consciousness within: Wood relates to the spirt Hun or Soul; Fire relates to Shen or Divine Spirit; Earth relates to Yi Mind or Thought, Metal relates to Po/Five Senses or Body and Water relates to Zhi or Will (power).

The Hun/Soul lives within the Liver or visera that relates to the Wood Element, therefore Wood is the home of the Hun or Soul. The Hun/Soul/ or YOU is the Captain or Lieutenant of the vessel or ship. The Hun/Soul stands between Heaven and Earth. The Shen lives in the heart. Therefore, Heaven is the home of the Shen or Divine Spirit or Light that lives in your heart - Fire Element. The Shen is the Master and Commander of the vessel. The Hun/Soul is the listener. The Hun/Soul has a crew on the vessel. The Hun/Soul has a choice to listen to the Shen/ the Light within the heart or to the earthly spirits or "crew members" on the ship. When the Soul listens to the Heavenly Divine Spirit within, the Soul is sourced by the Light often called Intuition. Your Life Journey is a great adventure driven with purpose and courage. The Hun/Soul is the conduct and listener. The Soul is an observer of self and a witness to the "crew members" who are on the ship or vessel to serve the Soul.

However, if the Soul chooses to listen to the "crew members" who only know the past then the Soul creates its own Hell on earth on a journey in the dark. The Soul is being run by the crew members: the Ego, the Identity or the Personality. There is mutiny on the ship. The Soul - YOU - becomes a victim of your own decisions and choices. When the Soul listens to the crew members the Hun/Soul - YOU - are driven by doubt, concern and fear. The Soul - YOU - sabotage your own ship.

The baby dragon, Ken lost himself, along his path. He listened to the crew members and took the dark road at the fork. The Soul fell down the rabbit hole!

Yes, Alice in Wonderland was a story about drugs and addictions.
Wizards and Dragons. Ken and Alice Wizards and Dragons.

Wizards and Dragons are Fire Element and have "No Fear" and "No boundaries. Wizards and Dragons are curious. It is often difficult for Wizard and Dragons in a world of rules, structure and status quo, if they do not learn Honor, Respect and the "Art of Self-Discipline!"

Sometimes they wake up in their self induced nightmare. However, the vary thing that seems a tragedy - in time - can be seen from a different perspective. Even a blessing. It is the difficulties, obstacles and challenges that let one see who we really are. It is the obstacles that force change and transformation. Nothing stays the same.

If one builds a magnificent ship, but never sets it to sea or never experiences a storm, then one will never be sea worthy. It takes more than one storm to call yourself a Master and Commander of your vessel. Every obstacle, circumstance and challenge is an opportunity for strengthening conduct and character.

Often people ask me in consultation, "What do you mean be grateful? I am grateful."

Many people think they are grateful, yet they are full of complaints about whatever does not go their way. Many people live in the world of what is wrong, filled with doubts, concerns and unhappiness. Others live in the world of "should" or "if" and others judge, blame or have expectations of others that are not met.

Once one becomes aware of their beliefs about themselves or others it is easier to pay attention to ones thinking, feelings and desires that they create to cause the complaint. Change starts with first, Letting Go of the Past. Let go of the attachment to what should have or could have been, or what one believes should be. Next is accepting, "What is" or the Present or the "Now". Then one can respond to the reality of "What is" instead of reacting to what "Should be" or an expectation that is not met. We can barely live up to the expectations we place on ourselves. To react to what you expect of another and they did not meet your expectation is the "Cause" of the negative reactions to "What is".

Many times I simply recommend to stop, observe your thoughts and feelings in a state of silence and stillness. Listen. Do not Judge and be grateful. That is were they get lost.

When you are in a state of "Being grateful" one can marvel at magic, miracles and simple gifts - as "eye sight". I recommend to start with that - eyesight.

What a beautiful sight to behold!

Tonight at approximately 7:30 pm PST while sitting on my balcony in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA I witnessed the most beautiful sight in the northern sky: The Big Dipper, a Full Moon and the Northern Star.

The Big Dipper was low on the horizon with the handle down indicative of the Winter sky.

Just to the left was a Full Moon (still 99% full) with the North Star below, slightly west.

Rarely is the sky clear enough to see the full Big Dipper and even rarer is to see this sight. It is already 8:10 pm and the Big Dipper is gone from view.

I am grateful for eyesight!

In case You Missed the June 15th Total Lunar Eclipse, I've have some photos for you.

The June 15 lunar eclipse that caught the world’s attention, was not available to us here in American. It was brief and breathtaking, adding beauty to the dark morning sky with a crimson hue. The scientists conversation was all about its rarity and its unconventionally long procession (1 hour 40 minutes in its totality phase). This view is from Jerusalem.

This has been longest total lunar eclipse since July 2000, the longest total eclipse in 11 years, with sky watchers in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Australia in prime position to witness this main event. The moon flaunted it's red hue across the sky, amazing sky watchers around the world, even in places where the cosmic event wasn't visible.

The celestial spectacle was visible this time, only from eastern Africa, Central Asia, the Middle East, and Western Australi. At its peak, the total eclipse of the moon lasted 100 minutes. The eclipse was not visible from North America at all, but observers across a wide swath of the Eastern Hemisphere had a chance to see the lunar event. The lunar eclipse began at about 1:24 p.m. EDT (1724 GMT) and last until 7 p.m. EDT (2300 GMT). The eclipse's peak occurred at 4:12 p.m. EDT (2012 GMT), according to National Geographic.

Here is a phone take with an aircraft in Malaga, Spain. Total lunar eclipses occur when the Earth passes directly between the sun and the moon, casting a shadow through which the moon passes through. See Blood Moon: 2010 Total Lunar Eclipse Photos .

For observers in South America, western Europe and the west coast of Africa, the eclipse was visible in the evening. Sky watchers in eastern Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina were also able to see the eclipse’s total phase, according to a NASA alert.

Here is a photo from Kieth Burns who won a prize from NASA for his composite of the December 10, 201 Lunar Eclipse. The next lunar eclipse is set to occur on December 20, 2011, and will not be visible from the U.S. either. The next visible lunar eclipse visible from the U.S. is staged for April 15, 2014.

Had the most amazing experience and transformation today.
After passing Jenny Craig hundred of time in the past 7 years,
today something said, "Go in and check it out."
Without hesitation I opened the door and stepped in.

A young lady was at the front desk and greeted me with a big smile.
I told her I was curious about the program as Jenny Craig has been around for years and is obviously successful. I wondered what they did and how the program worked.

I completed the Registration form and had a short wait.

A Plan Personalized for You

The first step in the Jenny Craig Program is to meet with a program director (either in-person at a local center, or over the phone with Jenny Craig At Home). Maureen Giancanelli the Program Director in the Rolling Hills Estates came out to greet me. She started by reviewing my YourStyle® Profile. This is form or tool that she used to identify my personal lifestyle, eating habits, exercise or activity stages and my weight loss mindset. We used the results of the YourStyle® profile to discuss a my lifestyle to customize program a plan that would be most effective for me.

Maureen asked me the question, "Why do you want to loss the weight.
What is enough to drive me to do it?
I answered, "I want to be that Babyboomer @ 64 yrs on the cover of a magazine that did it!
and to share my story to inspire others that they can do it too.

This was a defining and transforming moment for me. I had never said my goal out loud. I saw a photo of a lovely youthful senior on the cover of a magazine and I secretly wanted to be that woman who was healthy and fit enough to be on the cover of a magazine. I explained that I like to hide out. I also hide out in this extra flesh. I was moved to tears and had a breakthrough!

We had a long talk and Maureen was an excellent consultant. I came to the conclusion however, that the plan would not work for me as the program uses packaged food.

While I was there two women, a mother and daughter signed up for the program. I am sure it is an excellent program as a training and kickoff to get people on the right track.

I wanted to take this opportunity to honor Maureen Giancanelli for her excellent insight and for being the source to my paradygm shift.

The Full Moon and Hummingbirds always reminds us of Rajsheda. The Blue Moon and Lunar Eclipse was a mythical experience indeed with of the New Year's Eve Blue Moon in 2010.

This Blue Moon ushers in a new decade offering a rare opportunity to accelerate manifestation of whatever you want. Benita and I watched it. We thought of Rajsheda and I sent her a beautiful Full Blue Moon to Celebrate Rasheda.

The ruby throated hummingbird found in the South, is an amazingly aggressive little bird. It reminds me of Rajsheda and Hernan. These little aggressive green bullets are at each of them most of the day. There always seems to be a dominant bird in the mix ( and yes, it’s usually a female).

Rajsheda demonstrated the power of transformation. She started with a clean sheet and an unsoiled page with her marriage to Hernan. She learned The Secret and put it into practice.

The Secret consists of a series of interviews and dramatizations related to the foundation of “The Law of Attraction”. The film, DVD and subsequent book attracted interest from media figures such as Oprah Winfrey, Ellen DeGeneres, and Larry King.

1.What personal transformation do you want to see with the writing of your book? Open up to see what the next level is for you.

The transformation may come from actually writing a book or getting it published. Maybe the transformation may be in the process of marketing your book. There is a personal transformation waiting for you. Have a safe and sacred place for your notes, a journal. Write down what that transformation is for you. What is resonating for you?

The transformation of the book will involve the transition from anger, fear and sorrow, to that of serenity and accepting of self. The purpose is to impact more people. To help friends and family understand the injured.
Experience to have the best book come forward. Be a transformer.

2. What needs to shift inside of you personally to move forward?
What needs to shift inside of me (Miranda) is to lose the fear of feeling vulnerable in sharing my experiences. What also needs to shift is being able to be more intimate with myself in the process of writing the book. Another thing that needs to shift, is the fear of coming across to some as not understanding their issues, or being insensitive to their needs and how publishers will see it. How publishers may see it, because I was marked by how others viewed me after the injury. The feelings of rejections as a result of friends actions.
Feeling safe to share in the world. Owning my voice. Belief that I can write the best book on the subject. Allowing myself to connect. Get the awareness of what that transformation is going to be. Get a separate journal to track what happens, the insights, the aha’s, chapter title, idea, marketing strategy etc…

Second Level of Transformation

Transformation for Your Readers

Abundance: Abundance and happiness is available to you despite your disability. Your book of a beautiful gift, powerful message.

1. What is the gift you want your readers to get from you?

Imagine your book is like a pebble dropped in a pond and the ripple go out and out.

Prayer: Please help me with connecting with my purpose and help me release this block. Help me to trust and get that beautiful feeling inside. Pray and move your feet.
When you master yourself and engage in this journey, being present in the moment - that is how you will master your 4 levels of transformation.

2. What is the gift you want your readers to get from you?

Your gift is like a beautiful wrapped packaged just waiting to be shared.

There is a gift that each of us has. It is a responsibility and duty to give it. You have to give

Transformation of Your Business

The transformation of the business, can not come until you have the transformation within yourself. Until you deeply connect with the gift, value and service you bring to your readers. Connect more to the 2nd level of transformation. The more you connect, the more work you on yourself and align with the Universe knowing what you want to give. Get clear with yourself. Work towards that. The business can only transform as you personally transform yourself. Become aware of your intention. This is your prayer.

Connect with your readers and your clients. You need to transform the first two levels before you can transform your business.You need a commitment to serve and get filled with gratitude. Do the internal work, so you align with what the universe wants from you and what you are meant to do.

It’s beautiful. An inner connectedness with everything and everyone within the universal field. All of those things that you want will shift in the process. You are part of the universal filed and your are contributing your energy - to that Universal Field. Your contribution to that field is a contribution of a high vibration of love and service, and doing your part your are helping to bring about a global transformation. At this temperature according to Newtonian physics, all molecular and atom movement should have ceased and no energy should be measured at all. It was a vacuum! According to Chinese tradition, the Rabbit brings in a year to catch our breath and calm our Spirit. It is a great year for negotiation, while remaining in balance and harmony. This calm energy healing year is a time to focus on health, home, family, security, diplomacy, and your relationships with Yin energy, specially women and children. A time to create a safe, peaceful environment and lifestyle, so you will be able to calmly deal with any situation or difficulties that may arise during the year.

Had a beautiful day. Went to Yo San University's Chinese New Year Celebration. How I love and miss my school and being a Yo San student. Dr. Mao presented on the Year of the Rabbit for a Happy Chinese New 2011:
