Tips: Interrupt a negative thought. Replace the thought with what IS working or want you want. Ask your mind/yourself to find the solution. Ask yourself how you are feeling. Release the negative thought and attitude - take a deep breath and exhale all negative energy from your body. Become your own OBSERVER. Observe yourself without judging yourself. You are a Meaning Making Machine. So make up a different "meaning" one that works for you - not against you.  You can change the meaning - so find the positive aspect of the situation or occurrence. Instruct, Train, Guide and Direct your mind, emotions and body. I Call these three your "Crewmenbers". You can control each self withing you by practicing being aware of your thoughts, feelings and behavior. Adjust your attitude. You are powerful. Awaken your soul to set your spirit free!

Physical exercise is one of the fastest way to interrupt the Yi or "mind chatter". Get up and move your arms up to the top of your head. Inhale, take a deep breath be grateful for air and exhale as you bend over and touch your toes! Go outside - find a little nature spot and  fill up your lung - breath in deep some fresh air - exhale that old stale stagnant air out of your lungs. Try the Five Tibetan Exercise or energy movement. This number Five.

The first spiritual law of success is the Law of Pure Potentiality. (The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success. -Deepak Chopra) This law relates to our essential state or pure consciousness. Pure consciousness is pure potentiality. It is the field of all possibilities and infinite creativity. Pure consciousness is our spiritual essence. Being infinite and unbounded, it is also pure joy. Other attributes of consciousness are pure knowledge, infinite silence, perfect balance, invincibility, simplicity, and bliss. This is our essential nature. Our essential nature is one of pure potentiality.

When you discover your essential nature and know who you really are, in that knowing itself is the ability to fulfill any dream you have, because you are the eternal possibility, the immeasurable potential of all that was, is, and will be. The Law of Pure Potentiality can also be called the Law of Unity, because underlying the infinite diversity of life is the unity of one all-pervasive spirit. We are all one. There is no separation between you and this field of energy. The field of pure potentiality is your own Self. And the more you experience your true nature, the closer you are to the field of pure potentiality.

Through silence, through meditation, and through non-judgment, you will access the first law, the Law of Pure Potentiality. Once you start doing that, you can add a fourth component to this practice, and that is regularly spending time in direct communion with nature. Spending time in nature enables you to sense the harmonious interaction of all the elements and forces of life, and gives you a sense of unity with all of life. Whether it be a stream, a forest, a mountain, a lake, or the seashore, that connection with nature's intelligence will also help you access the field of pure potentiality.

Applying the Law of Pure Potentiality

Putting the Law of Pure Potentiality into effect:
(1) I will take time each day to be silent, to just Be. I will sit alone in silent meditation at least twice a day for approximately thirty minutes in the morning and thirty minutes in the evening.
(2) I will take time each day to commune with nature and to silently witness the intelligence within every living thing. I will sit silently and watch a sunset, or listen to the sound of the ocean or a stream, or simply smell the scent of a flower.
3) I will experience the ecstasy of my own silence by communing with nature, befriending and connecting with a tree. Placing my hands on the bark and feet on the roots. I will exchange life force and Qi. I enjoy the life throb of ages, the field of pure potentiality and unbounded creativity.
(4) I declare I am pure spirit, that I always have been and that I always will be. I am grateful for each day brings a constant demonstration of the power and wonder of the universe and myself. I am love and beloved.
(5) I practice non-judgment. I begin my day with the statement, "Today, I shall judge nothing that occurs." Throughout the day I remind myself not to judge.

Fountain of Youth and Super Longevity

I have blogged about my fountain of youth discovery and research. Alice in Wonderland 3D - Find Your Destiny - Focus!

Took Ken to see Alice in Wonderland. I loved this film. Saw it in 3 D. Just beautiful.

Burton said the original Wonderland story was always about a girl wandering around from one weird character to another and he never felt a connection emotionally, so he wanted to make it feel more like a story than a series of events. He does not see this as a sequel to previous films, nor as a re-imagining.

Took Ken to see Avatar in 3D befor it leaves the theaters. I have already seen it twice, but not in 3D. All I can say is WOW!

That awesome 3D put Pandora right in our faces!

Increasing Arete also requires a Seeking.

Your Arete cannot exceed your permanent Willpower.

Arete is a measure of a character’s enlightened will, his basic understanding of magic and his ability to control it.  As the Mage’s Arete increases, he begins realizing more that he is not a slave to reality – reality is a slave to him.

Resurrection

 What is resurrection?

The resurrection of dead humans is a central doctrine of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. 

It may refer to the resurrection of biologically dead corpses by divine power or to a purely spiritual resurrection where the 'dead' (human beings who are blind to their spiritual nature and the possibility of salvation) come to Life (in Christianity referred to as eternal Life) by means of spiritual awakening and subsequent transformation to a life of holiness. Religion Philosophy

If one asks me what am I, I reply, "What are you"?

It is my belief that we are all one.

I am you

just having a different life experience. My intention is to always find the connection. What do I have in common with you at a spiritual level within our diversity? Jewish, Christians, Muslims or ancient paths as in Ayurvedic, Buddhist, Taoist. All have fundamental beliefs rooted in a Higher Power and yet each have differences within the religion or philosophy.

Just as man can take many roads to reach a destination, it is my belief that there is no exclusive road to spiritual fulfillment. Parents, teachers, educators and communities provide the foundation, rules, systems etc. Each person will come into their own realization and will seek answers to questions from within. Each person will find a path that resonates from within them and has a right to choose and follow their own path without prejudice or judgment by another man or woman, state or country.

Be and let be. Live and let live. Love and be loved. 
I am you and you are me, just in a different container, having a different life experience.

As for religion I most resonate with Baha'i. Therefore, I may say, I am a Baha'i; a Muslim (servant of Allah); a Christan (bringing the message of Love), one with God; the relative of the Absolute, rooted in Spirit by way of the Tao accepting all things, all people, all faiths, all religions all space and time as they reside here in the depths of my soul. Smaller than small, greater than great meet and unite within me.

Then one may asked, "What about devil worshipers?" I reply, "I accept their choice, their consequence and leave them to God:-)

Easter Sunday at Peninsula Community Church

Ken wanted so badly to be home by Easter and go to his own church. I promised Ken that if he was not home on Easter, I would go to his church in his honor. By the grace of God, Bruce McGregor appeared in court to support Ken and sat beside me. He asked if I attended church. I told him, "No - not really". He asked why, "I am not up on the fire and brimstone." was my reply. He said, "Then come see Makinto sing".

I attended the 10:30 AM service at Peninsula Community Church and it is just that - a community. It is beautiful and I received a warm welcome from the parking lot to the entry where someone rushed over to hand me a service pamphlet and opened the door. I walked to the front sat in the center aisle, second row in the aisle seat. My intention was to stay for a short visit as my son, daughter-in-law and grandson where coming to mom's for  a brunch at 11:30 AM.

Mr. Makinto was not there, didn't matter, the music and choir was beautiful, the soloist sincere and heartwarming. A young woman told her story of her path to Christ and PCC. Ken's church is what they claim to be, a community of followers of Jesus Christ committed to Jesus as Lord,  to be known by love and community,  a voice of hope and rooted in faith.  Peninsula Community Church is a diverse community that reflects their love, harmony and grace of God. The sermon declared their principles and practice, which is to welcome all people from all walks of life to discover Christ regardless of where they are in their spiritual journey. I followed along and took notes on their Sermon card and after add my own box and letter. I added the letter E to the form to declare additional choices. If one asks me what am I, I reply, "What are you"?

I am you just having a different life experience.

I would recommend Peninsula Community Church to anyone seeking spirituality along Christ's path to God:-) .

Transformation Declaration - I Am an Observer

I am an observer accepting only positive thoughts.

No matter what obstacle, undesirable thought or circumstance crosses my path, I refuse to accept it - for it is nothing but illusion.

I have to share with you my greatest success with my new Fountain of Youth Program. It is with Charles Galloway, 80 years young at heart who had a stoke five years ago. Charles has been home bound most of the time since then with his walker by his side.

 

He started my program February 23, 2010. He wanted to be able to walk again and go on a trip by June 2010 and was determined to follow my instructions to get results. I made his food with Traditions of Tao Superior food grade herbs and Xango. I added Eleviv, MSM and left him a sample of my Acupuncture in a Bottle -Tonic Oil for the pain in his right thumb joint.

When I returned the following week with his food and supplements he was very happy. He felt better; his eyes were bright and the pain in his thumb had gone. I added Salu Vital Flex Resveratrol Blend and Glucosamne Chondroitin Blend.

The second week to my surprise he had put his walker outside. He shared how much better he felt and noticed his skin look better. I continued with his program and supplements. The third week he stood up without struggling and showed me how he had lost weight, and was developing a "6 pack"!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The fourth week he was standing in his kitchen when I arrived and walking around! (My heart was filled with joy and I wanted to cry.) He said, "Look at my skin I am getting younger." Week five he looked well and told me he had walked to the nearby store without his walker and had walked up a neighbors flight of stairs to visit. He had not done that since his stroke. He was going to give his walker away! Week 6 starts April 6, 2010. I'll keep you posted.

I am honored and grateful to have met Charles Galloway and given the opportunity to help him recover his health and vigor. It is looking good that he will be able to take a trip in June.
