Tips: Interrupt a negative thought. Replace the thought with what IS working or want you want. Ask your mind/yourself to find the solution. Ask yourself how you are feeling. Release the negative thought and attitude - take a deep breath and exhale all negative energy from your body. Become your own OBSERVER. Observe yourself without judging yourself. You are a Meaning Making Machine. So make up a different "meaning" one that works for you - not against you. You can change the meaning - so find the positive aspect of the situation or occurrence. Instruct, Train, Guide and Direct your mind, emotions and body. I Call these three your "Crewmenbers". You can control each self withing you by practicing being aware of your thoughts, feelings and behavior. Adjust your attitude. You are powerful. Awaken your soul to set your spirit free!
Physical exercise is one of the fastest way to interrupt the Yi or "mind chatter". Get up and move your arms up to the top of your head. Inhale, take a deep breath be grateful for air and exhale as you bend over and touch your toes! Go outside - find a little nature spot and fill up your lung - breath in deep some fresh air - exhale that old stale stagnant air out of your lungs. Try the Five Tibetan Exercise or energy movement.
